Carpet Cleaning Atlantic Beach
Our company, Fabric and Tile Masters cleans 100’s of homes in Atlantic Beach and throughout Northeast Florida. We refinish stone (granite and marble) floors, showers and counters. Carpet, upholstery and draperies are restored to like new.
Atlantic Beach Florida is located in Duval County Florida (near Jacksonville) on a narrow strip of land East of the Intracoastal Waterway and North of Atlantic Boulevard. The North boundry of Atlantic Beach is the moth of the St Johns river and Naval Station Mayport. State road Florida A1A is continued at the river by a ferry to the North bank.
We live and work in Atlantic Beach and provide our services of carpet, drapery and upholstery cleaning, as well as granite and marble refinishing. We also dry out water damaged structures with sophisticated drying equipment. Atlantic Beach has not been hit by a hurricane since 1964. We did have a very wet summer and there were numerous calls to dry water damaged structures. These water damages were the result of rising water and are not covered by homeowners insurance. Flood insurance is necessary for damage caused by rising water.
Atlantic Beach is also home to Atlantic Beach Elementary and Mayport Middle School. Fleet Landing, a retirement community is located on Mayport Road.
Terrazzo refinishing in Atlantic Beach
The Village of Mayport is home of the local fishing fleet, a US Coast Guard station and a marina.
Many homes in Atlantic Beach were built in the 1940’s and 50’s. Because of this we see many terrazzo floors. Fabric and Tile Masters refinishes terrazzo by applying a coating or by diamond honing. White carpet restoration.
The following is a video of the method we use to restore white carpet. We use this method to restore white carpet to a like new condition in most cases. Please view further information on our website about carpet cleaning. Many homes in Atlantic Beach have white and off white carpet. Because of the sand (there is a lot of sand here) the carpet fibers can become abraded and worn prematurely. The massive pile lifter vacuum gives us at least a chance to remove the sand before we introduce water borne solutions to suspend the soil from the carpet. After we vacuum (no other carpet cleaner vacuums before carpet cleaning in Atlantic Beach – we actually have a $100 bounty if you can find one that does) we then use the cimex machine featured in the video to pre condition the carpet. After these two important steps we then use a truck mounted steam cleaner.
This last step is where most cleaners begin their work. On their jobs, most of the spots and visible walk areas return in a short time. The truth is most of our competitors are in too big a hurry to do an adequate job,and this is why stains and walk areas come back so quickly.
We clean carpet using this ultra comprehensive and over engineered process in order to give property owners in Atlantic Beach a job that is so good that they will use us every time they need our service. Many of our customers are letdown by competitive companies. These disappointments are eliminated by the methods used above. We also wish to have customers refer their friends and relatives.
